WE ARE TWEAKING THE CLASS SCHEDULE TO SUPPORT THE YOGA PRACTICE OF OUR COMMUNITY! SCHEDULE EFFECTIVE MON JUN 14TH. MORE CLASSES TO BE ADDED OVER TIME.
Classes are daily and 90 minutes long. All levels are welcome and you advance at your own pace. As each student develops focus and cultivates a deeper experience; the class energy becomes more cohesive and ultimately the energy shifts. All can be uplifted and transformed as a group. You’ll leave feeling something most people have never felt before.

Yoga etiquette at a glance:
- arrive 20 mins early if it is your 1st class
- maintain silence in Yoga Room
- enter class (clean) barefoot
- no gum, pagers, cell phones, perfume, excess jewellery
- ensure that you are clean and odour-free
- drink plenty of water before and after class, take small sips during class
- avoid meals 2-3 hours before class
- be scent free: no perfumes, colognes & other scented products
- yoga mat, large towel, water (all available for rent/purchase)
- wear fitted, moisture-breathable sports wear
- open mind, willing heart
