Original hot 90 mins beginner hot bikram yoga class consisting of 26 postures performed in 2 sets, 2 breathing exercises, performed in a heated room 105 F/40 C & 40% humidity. All levels practice together, advance at your own rate, consider as a beginner class, no prerequisites , advance at own rate. Also know as Classic Hot Yoga

Hot 75 mins beginner series class consisting of 26 postures performed in 2 sets, 2 breathing exercises, 105 F/40 C & 40% humidity. Ideal for experienced practitioners & moving meditation seekers, consider as a beginner no frills class, advance at own rate

Hot 65 mins 26 postures, 2 breathing exercises. Approximately 100 F/38 C & 40% humidity. Flow posture by posture, condensed format. All levels welcome

Hot 60 mins Suitable for all levels. For 1st timers, slower pace to work up to the 90 min original hot yoga experience. Or as a maintenance class for those familiar with 90 min classes. Some postures 1 set, 105 F/40 C & 40% humidity, advance at own rate

Original Plus (aka Intermediate) is a 3rd set hot yoga 90 mins class, high intensity flow with 46 postures, 2 breathing exercises, 105 F/40 C & 40% humidity. Pre-requisites: ability to lock the knee and perform Toe Stand Pose, 6 months of beginner bikram yoga practice (not recommended for 1st timers). Please know 3rd sets may be observed if you are curious, and are optional postures/drills to be performed at your own discretion

Music hot yoga class, meditate on the playlist as you perform the 26 postures performed in 2 sets, 2 breathing exercises with minimal dialogue and instruction. Ques to begin and end the posture are given. Instructor also does the class with students. Familiarity with all postures beneficial, 105 F/40 C & 40% humidity. All levels welcome, advance at own rate

Yin Yoga 60 mins class mat work to gently stretch and rehabilitate the connective tissue of joints. Yin yoga postures are held for longer durations in warm room temperature. Ideal after a hot yoga class. No prerequisites

New student orientation 60 mins is for you if you’re new to Bikram Yoga. You'll receive valuable tips and advice, meet other new students, ask questions, and get more information to enhance your experience. This is not a class and we will not be practicing postures. You'll get survival tips for practicing hot yoga, and answers from a Certified Instructor. For example, if you have injuries and need posture modifications.
